Manhattan Penthouse located between First and Second Avenue in Midtown East with 6139 square foot of floor area. Everywhere in this apartment guests can view the city and truly appreciate the sheer beauty of the wonderful Manhattan skyline. This was a tremendous job to work on and we worked tirelessly to achieve this exquisite finish. Each aspect of this project required finely skilled craftsmanship, including but not limited to, the installation of the hard wood floors to the custom made kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. Special attention was given to perfecting the crown molding detail as well as the exposed beam-work in bedroom ceilings which were restored and reinvented. We installed new doors and windows throughout the Penthouse and we also extended our skilled workmanship to spicing up the appearance of each terrace by replacing the flagstones and installing new lighting.
