116 East 68th Street, known as Milan House, is located between Lexington Avenue and Park Avenue. Designed and built by the renowned architect Andrew J. Thomas in 1931, it was incorporated as Milan House, Inc. in 1947. Pets are permitted; there is cage storage and a fitness room in this full-service, white-glove building with 24 hour doorman and live-in resident manager.
